How to make it

  • In small bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, until mixed well
  • Unroll the crescent rolls
  • Cut the dough for each crescent roll in half, forming two triangles
  • Cut each slice of bacon in half
  • Place a teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture in center of each triangle
  • Fold the dough over cheese, pinching edges together
  • Wrap one bacon piece around each roll
  • Secure with a toothpick
  • Place rolls on a cookie sheet which has been lined with aluminum
  • foil
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bacon is crisp
  • Remove from sheet, drain on paper towels
  • Best when served hot
