  • DOUGH:

  • 625 g margarine or butter
  • 6 cups cake flour (1500 ml)
  • 1/2 teastoon cream of tartar (2,5 ml)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (7,5 ml)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar (60 ml)
  • 3/4 cup ice water (187 ml)
  • FILLING:

  • 3 tablespoons cake flour (45 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (45 ml)
  • 3 cups milk (750 ml)
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can viennas or any kind of meat - chopped(375 g)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (15 ml)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (125 ml)
  • 1/4 cup chopped greenpeppers (62,5 ml)
  • 3 cups cheese (750 ml)
  • pinch of cayene pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder

Directions
  1. DOUGH:

  3. Work the butter with the fingertips into the cake flour, cream of tartar and salt until crumbly.
  4. Mix the egg yolks, vinegar and icewater well together.
  5. Mix wet and dry very well.
  6. Put into a plastic bag and put in fridge for 6 hours.
  7. Roll out thinly.
  8. Press out with round cookie or pastry cutters.
  9. Place into greased muffin pans.
  10. FILLING:

  12. Melt the butter.
  13. Stir in the cake flour until a soft ball forms.
  14. Stir in the milk gradually with a whisk until there is no lumps.
  15. Keep stirring until thick.
  16. Take off heat.
  17. Beat the eggs.
  18. Stir into mixture.
  19. Stir in all of the other ingredients.
  20. Mix very well.
  21. Fill the raw dough with mixture.
  22. Bake at 360 deg F (180 deg C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
