Savoury tartlets

- 625 g margarine or butter shopping list
- 6 cups cake flour (1500 ml) shopping list
- 1/2 teastoon cream of tartar (2,5 ml) shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (7,5 ml) shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar (60 ml) shopping list
- 3/4 cup ice water (187 ml) shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list

- 3 tablespoons cake flour (45 ml) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter (45 ml) shopping list
- 3 cups milk (750 ml) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 can viennas or any kind of meat - chopped(375 g) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (15 ml) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (125 ml) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped greenpeppers (62,5 ml) shopping list
- 3 cups cheese (750 ml) shopping list
- pinch of cayene pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder shopping list
How to make it
- DOUGH:

- Work the butter with the fingertips into the cake flour, cream of tartar and salt until crumbly.
- Mix the egg yolks, vinegar and icewater well together.
- Mix wet and dry very well.
- Put into a plastic bag and put in fridge for 6 hours.
- Roll out thinly.
- Press out with round cookie or pastry cutters.
- Place into greased muffin pans.
- FILLING:

- Melt the butter.
- Stir in the cake flour until a soft ball forms.
- Stir in the milk gradually with a whisk until there is no lumps.
- Keep stirring until thick.
- Take off heat.
- Beat the eggs.
- Stir into mixture.
- Stir in all of the other ingredients.
- Mix very well.
- Fill the raw dough with mixture.
- Bake at 360 deg F (180 deg C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
