How to make it

  • Put cottage cheese in a blender.
  • Add strawberry Jell-O to a bowl, followed by both waters.
  • Before it jells, pour into cottage cheese.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour evenly into crusts and refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours).
  • Slice strawberries and place on top of cheese mixture.
  • Make remaining package of Jell-O (as per instructions on box).
  • Pour it on top of fruit and put it in refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.

    Sounds like a sweet and refreshing dessert. I'm going to try this one out cause it looks easily adjustable to Aussie ingredients - Jell-O equals Jelly for us down under. :)
