A light dessert to top off any meal...
Any fruit will do to go with this but I find strawberries or blueberries are the best.

Who knew you could make your own Devonshire cream? I thought it had to come from Devonshire. Shows how much I know! Well, now I know how to make Devonshire cream...:)

I just made this tonight for dessert. It is so yummy! This is going to be a regular in our house this summer. Thanks for the recipe.

Sounds yummy, though I have a hard time imagining it'll be like the true clotted cream. Still, can't go all that wrong pairing it with scones (without the berries, of course)!

One summer years ago we spent six weeks traveling around England, and whenever Devonshire cream was anywhere near me I just had to have it. Can't wait to try your version, because it sounds so very good.
