  • COMBINE APPLES, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON & NUTMEG, LEMON JUICE & BUTTER.
  • SPREAD EVENLY OVER PASTRY
  • ROLL UP PASTRY(14 INCH SIDE)LIKE JELLY ROLL
  • PINCH EDGES TOGETHER TO SEAL
  • CUT 3 SLITS IN TOP CRUST, OR PUNCH DESIGN OF SMALL HOLES WITH AN ICE PICK.
  • PLACE ON GREASED JELLY-ROLL PAN
  • BAKE AT 425 DEGREES F FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL TENDER.
  • SERVE WARM WITH HEAVY CREAM OR HOMEMADE ICE CREAM
  • SERVES 6
