Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large bowl combine:
  • powdered sugar
  • sugar
  • crisco
  • egg
  • vanilla
  • salt
  • Mix the flour and baking powder.
  • Mix well
  • Add about a tablespoon of water and mix
  • Roll the dough into little balls and place on greased cookie sheet
  • Flatten with your hand
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes or until they reach the desired golden brown color like the ones that come in the box.

  • If someone throws you the ball, you don't have to catch it!

    Never made my own niller wafers, before! Love them with peanut better, too. One of my dad's favorite snacks. Will have to try this. Thank you for sharing.
