How to make it
- IN LARGE SKILLET COOK ASPARGUS IN LIGHTLY SALTED BOILING WATER FOR 3 MIN
- DRAIN RUN UNDER COLD WATER
- DIVIDE ASPARGUS AMONG 4 DINNER PLATES, LAYER WITH WATERCRESS,SHRIMP AND CHERRY TOMATOES.
- DRIZZLE WITH DRESSING SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
