  • 12 OZ THIN ASPARAGUS SPEARS TRIMMED
  • 6 CUPS WATERCRESS TOUGH STEMS REMOVED
  • 1 16 OZ PKG FROZEN PEELED COOKED SHRIMP WITH TAILS
  • 2 CUPS CHERRY TOMATOES(HALVED)
  • 3/4 BOTTLED RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
  • SEA SALT
  • CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

Directions
  1. IN LARGE SKILLET COOK ASPARGUS IN LIGHTLY SALTED BOILING WATER FOR 3 MIN
  2. DRAIN RUN UNDER COLD WATER
  3. DIVIDE ASPARGUS AMONG 4 DINNER PLATES, LAYER WITH WATERCRESS,SHRIMP AND CHERRY TOMATOES.
  4. DRIZZLE WITH DRESSING SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
