Ingredients

2 SLICES OF BACON ; CUT INTO 1/4 INCH PIECES

1/2 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF

2 TABLESPOONS DRIED MINCED ONION

2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED... (HAMBURGER DILL PICKLE SLICES)

2 TABLESPOONS RANCH DRESSING

1 PLUM ( ROMA )TOMATO THINLY SLICED IF DESIRED............

2 SLICES OF AMERICAN OR CHEDDAR CHEESE, EACH CUT IN HALF.

1 CAN REFRIGERATED CRESCENT DINNER ROLLS LIKE ..............( PILLSBURY)

1 EGG , BEATEN

Directions

HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F. IN A 10 INCH NON-STICK SKILLET, COOK BACON OVER MEDIUM HEAT 2 MINUTES, ADD GROUND BEEF AND ONION, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL BEEF IS COOKED.

DRAIN IF NECESSARY, STIR IN PICKLES AND RANCH DRESSING.

UNROLL DOUGH AND SEPARATE INTO 4 RECTANGLES; PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. PRESS EACH INTO 7X 4 INCH RECTANGLE, FIRMLY PRESSING PERFORATIONS TO SEAL.

SPOON ABOUT 1/3 CUP OF THE GROUND BEEF MIXTURE ONTO ONE END OF EACH RECTANGLE.

TOP EACH WITH A TOMATO SLICE AND I PIECE OF CHEESE. FOLD DOUGH OVER FILLING;PRESS EDGES TOGETHER AND USE FORK TO SEAL ( SANDWICHES WILL BE FULL )

BRUSH TOPS WITH THE EGG.

BAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DEEP GOLDEN BROWN.

REMOVE IMMED. FROM COOKIE SHEET, SERVE HOT .

How fabulous! I am going to make these and see if I can get my (very stubborn) grandson to eat them, much less mess with this then his normal foods. He is such a picky eater.... I really like this one.
