- 2 SLICES OF bacon ; CUT INTO 1/4 INCH PIECES shopping list
- 1/2 POUND lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS DRIED MINCED onion shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED... (hamburger dill pickle slices) shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS ranch dressing shopping list
- 1 plum ( ROMA )TOMATO THINLY SLICED IF DESIRED............ shopping list
- 2 SLICES OF AMERICAN OR cheddar cheese, EACH CUT IN HALF. shopping list
- 1 CAN REFRIGERATED CRESCENT dinner rolls LIKE ..............( PILLSBURY) shopping list
- 1 egg , BEATEN shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F. IN A 10 INCH NON-STICK SKILLET, COOK BACON OVER MEDIUM HEAT 2 MINUTES, ADD GROUND BEEF AND ONION, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL BEEF IS COOKED.
- DRAIN IF NECESSARY, STIR IN PICKLES AND RANCH DRESSING.
- UNROLL DOUGH AND SEPARATE INTO 4 RECTANGLES; PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. PRESS EACH INTO 7X 4 INCH RECTANGLE, FIRMLY PRESSING PERFORATIONS TO SEAL.
- SPOON ABOUT 1/3 CUP OF THE GROUND BEEF MIXTURE ONTO ONE END OF EACH RECTANGLE.
- TOP EACH WITH A TOMATO SLICE AND I PIECE OF CHEESE. FOLD DOUGH OVER FILLING;PRESS EDGES TOGETHER AND USE FORK TO SEAL ( SANDWICHES WILL BE FULL )
- BRUSH TOPS WITH THE EGG.
- BAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DEEP GOLDEN BROWN.
- REMOVE IMMED. FROM COOKIE SHEET, SERVE HOT .
