Blue Cheese - Pecan Ball Recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese

12oz. blue cheese crumbles

2 tbsp finely minced celert

2 tbs finely minced onion

2 tbs. Italian salad dressing

dash of cayenne

12 oz crushed pecans

Directions

Combine all ingrediets except pecans. mix and roll into 2 round balls. Chill for at least 2 hours. Roll in pecans and serve with crackers.
