This is a great cheese ball that incorporates the tang of blue cheese with pecans and a little celery and onion. Great!

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 12oz. blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp finely minced celert
  • 2 tbs finely minced onion
  • 2 tbs. Italian salad dressing
  • dash of cayenne
  • 12 oz crushed pecans

Directions
  1. Combine all ingrediets except pecans. mix and roll into 2 round balls. Chill for at least 2 hours. Roll in pecans and serve with crackers.
