  • Also called Shiro Niri Goma
  • * 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • * 3 tbsp mirin or sake
  • * 2 tbsp sugar
  • * 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • * 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • * 1 tsp grated garlic

Directions
  1. Grind sesame seeds.
  2. Put all ingredients into a jar and shake well.
  3. Serve.

I didn't know it had a name :) I make this A LOT the only difference is I use 100% pure maple syrup instead of sugar and also sometimes I use molasses. Do you mean grated ginger? and then garlic?
