Tangy Italian Beef Sandwiches Recipe

How to make it

  • Spray inside of 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray
  • Place beef in cooker
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar
  • Pour dressing over beef
  • Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours (I put it in before I go to bed and let it cook all night) or on high 6-8 hours
  • Shred beef using two forks.
  • Add Italian Seasoning and mix well
  • Using slotted spoon to remove beef from cooker, fill buns with about 1/3 C of beef and serve with remaining juices to dip.
  • ENJOY!
