Ingredients
  • 1 package of instant pudding mix (reccommend vanilla or chocolate or variation of one of them)
  • 1-1/2 Cups cold milk
  • 1 tub of cool whip

Directions
  1. Prepare pudding according to directions using only 1-1/2 cups of milk instead of two.
  2. Gently fold in cool whip, chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve over angel food or pound cake with fresh berries if desired. Enjoy!
  4. **Note: When using vanilla I use vanilla cool whip.
  5. **Note: When using chocolate I use chocolate milk and chocolate cool whip. Enjoy!

This is great for when you need something in a hurry. I had a few unexpected guess to show up just 1 hour before dinner and I just happen to have these ingredients. Everything worked out fine, after my panic attack!
