Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 Tblesp. wine, optional

2 cloves garlic, diced fine

2 tsp. ginger

1/3 cup honey

3 Tblesp. vinegar

1 Tblesp. sugar

1 can campbell's beef broth

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour over meat.

Using a fork, pierce holes into meat to allow marinade to tenderize.

Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
