Simple but awesome,especially if you like a little kick of flavor!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs.sliced (deli) italian beef
  • 2 large jars of pepperoncinis
  • 3 beef bullion cubes
  • red onions
  • black pepper
  • pinch salt
  • kaiser rolls

Directions
  1. Add beef to crock pot-pour in 1 full jar of pepperoncinis (juice and all),plus 1/2 of the juice from the 2nd jar.
  2. Add bullion cubes.
  3. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Cook in covered crock on medium heat approx 2-3 hrs.
  5. Serve on kaisers with slivered red onions.
  6. Goes great with potato salad!
