How to make it

  • Add beef to crock pot-pour in 1 full jar of pepperoncinis (juice and all),plus 1/2 of the juice from the 2nd jar.
  • Add bullion cubes.
  • Add black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Cook in covered crock on medium heat approx 2-3 hrs.
  • Serve on kaisers with slivered red onions.
  • Goes great with potato salad!
