Pineapple Phantasy Pie

Another pineapple lover's delight! Prep time doesn't include chill time
Ingredients
- 2 cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 stick margarine, softened shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup crushed drained pineapple shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 2 (9inch)pie crusts, baked shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together sugar & margarine
- Add egg, salt & vanilla
- Beat until fluffy
- Spoon evenly into crusts; chill
- Whip cream until stiff
- Blend in pineapple & nuts
- Spoon on top of filling
- Chill thoroughly
- Makes 2 pies
