Mushroom Soup Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans of Cream Of Mushroom soup

1 pound of sliced mushroom, sauteed in butter or olive oil and drained. (This takes about 10 minutes in a frying pan.)

1 pound of spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained.

1 can of Evaporated milk

2 whole eggs, beaten slightly

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 bunch of parsley, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 cup of parmesan cheese as a topping

2 cups of shredded chicken

Directions

Mix the eggs with the evaporated milk and 2 cans of soup.

Mix the noodles with the Monterey Jack cheese until well combined.

Add the cooked mushrooms and the parsley and stir.

Place noodle mixture in a casserole dish.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour the soup mixture over the center of the noodle mixture.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you're using it.

Bake at 350 for one hour.

Remove from oven and serve.

For more of a corn flavor, add 1 can drained corn along with the can of creamed corn OR add 2 cans of creamed corn. Thanks!
