Mushroom Soup Bake

- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 pound of sliced mushroom, sauteed in butter or olive oil and drained. (This takes about 10 minutes in a frying pan.) shopping list
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained. shopping list
- 1 can of evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 whole eggs, beaten slightly shopping list
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Optional: 1 cup of parmesan cheese as a topping shopping list
- 2 cups of shredded chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the eggs with the evaporated milk and 2 cans of soup.
- Mix the noodles with the Monterey Jack cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked mushrooms and the parsley and stir.
- Place noodle mixture in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the center of the noodle mixture.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you're using it.
- Bake at 350 for one hour.
- Remove from oven and serve.
