Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix the eggs with the evaporated milk and 2 cans of soup.
  • Mix the noodles with the Monterey Jack cheese until well combined.
  • Add the cooked mushrooms and the parsley and stir.
  • Place noodle mixture in a casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the center of the noodle mixture.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you're using it.
  • Bake at 350 for one hour.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
