How to make it

  • mix sugar and the cornstarch in a 2 quart sauce pan.
  • gradually add the water
  • stir in the blueberries and lemon juice
  • heat to boiling over high heat.
  • stir constantly
  • boil and stir for 1 minute or until it start to thicken
  • serve warm over pancakes or cake
