Blueberry Syrup Recipe

	Peetabear / All my dishes 1 year, 7 months ago this is a great syrup to serve warm over pancakes or pound cake or over ice cream ... the serving size means it makes 3 cups.. I ripped this recipe out of a magazine. Prep:10m Cook:10m Servings:3	Peetabear
	easy syrup blueberry

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

2 TBSP. cornstarch

1 cup water

2 cups fresh blueberries 1 teasp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

mix sugar and the cornstarch in a 2 quart sauce pan.

gradually add the water

stir in the blueberries and lemon juice

heat to boiling over high heat.

stir constantly

boil and stir for 1 minute or until it start to thicken

serve warm over pancakes or cake
