These ribs are to die for. Serve with mashed potato and vegetables of choice.

Ingredients
  • 1.2 kg Pork Ribs
  • 1 cup tomato sauce ot tomato chutney
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Brown Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 Clove finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbl tsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbl tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Agostura Bitters
  • 3 tbl Port
  • 2 tbl honey
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions
  1. Combine all ingedients (except the ribs), microwave for 30 seconds to warm the honey. Stir again.
  2. Coat ribs with half the sauce in a baking tray.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake on middle shelf at 200 deg C (400F) for 45 minutes, remove from oven and baste and turn ribs.
  5. Add more sauce as needed.
  6. Reduce heat to 180 deg C (360F) and cook for a further 30 - 45 minutes,
  7. Warm remaining barbecue sauce and serve with ribs.
