Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 4 ramekins with olive oil spray.
  • Line greased ramekins with ham slices.
  • In a medium bowl, beat eggs, mustard and yogurt.
  • Stir half of cheese into mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix chives and parsley and add half of mixture to the eggs.
  • Stir well, then spoon into the ramekins over ham.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and herbs.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.
  • Turn out onto serving plates.
