Strawberry Smoothie

this is another smoothie that is like a dessert.... with less calories... the recipe came from a small cookbook called smoothies
Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt shopping list
- 2 bananas shopping list
- 3 cups ice cubes shopping list
- 2 TBSP. sugar shopping list
- whipped cream....optional shopping list
- chocolate syrup shopping list
How to make it
- put the frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, bananas, sugar and the ice cubes in the blender
- blend until smooth and creamy..... pulsing if necessary to crush the ice cubes
- pour smoothie into 4 glasses
- top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup
