Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding

- 1 loaf (16oz) raisin-cinnamon swirl bread, cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 6 cups milk shopping list
- 2 boxes (3 oz each) cook and serve vanilla pudding shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Toss bread with 2 cups of the milk in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- In separate bowl, mix together remaining milk and pudding until smooth.
- Pour over soaked bread; toss lightly.
- Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and almost set in the middle .
- Cool on wire rack for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled...
