A great garlic sauce recipe that goes well with chicken, fish, lamb and roast veges.

Ingredients
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon squeezed

Directions
  1. Crush garlic together with salt until it becomes paste-like and creamy.
  2. Slowly add olive oil while stirring vigorously. Be sure to stir in the same direction or else the mixture will fall flat.
  3. Slowly add the lemon juice whilst stirring in the same manner.
  4. Serve on top of your meal of choice!
