Ingredients

Lamb neck stock

Green beans (diced)

Potatoes (peeled and quarted)

Onions (diced)

Salt

Milk or cream

Pepper

Butter

Directions

Prepare a good stock (I like to use lamb neck) or you can use ready made stock - but it must be top quality

Add green beans, onions and potatoes to stock.

Salt (be careful not to add too much as the stock is already salty)

Boil until green beans are cooked and potatoes soft and water/stock evaporated

Mash the green beans and potatoes (I like it rustic - not to finely mashed)

Add a bit of milk or cream (to blend the vegtables)

Pepper
