Chicken Melt

- 1Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 onion,sliced in thin rings shopping list
- 1tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 4 skinless,boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2c red wine shopping list
- 1tsp dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/4tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 4 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 4 English muffins ,toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill on high
- Melt butter in skillet over medium. Place onion slices in the skillet,sprinkle with garlic powder,and saute until onions are translucent. Remove from heat,set aside.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken breast halves on grill,and sprinkle wit wine,rosemary and thyme. Cook for about 8 mins.. Turn,and continue cooking 8 mins or till juices run clear. Place a slice of cheese on each breast half and top with onions. Cook until cheese starts to melt. Serve on toasted english muffins.

This is so easy and perfect! Can you believe it is hard to find English muffins over here? I'll use crumpets (just as good!)
