Ingredients

1Tbs butter

1 onion,sliced in thin rings

1tsp garlic powder

4 skinless,boneless chicken breasts

1/2c red wine

1tsp dried rosemary

1/4tsp dried thyme

4 slices swiss cheese

4 english muffins ,toasted

Directions

Preheat grill on high

Melt butter in skillet over medium. Place onion slices in the skillet,sprinkle with garlic powder,and saute until onions are translucent. Remove from heat,set aside.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken breast halves on grill,and sprinkle wit wine,rosemary and thyme. Cook for about 8 mins.. Turn,and continue cooking 8 mins or till juices run clear. Place a slice of cheese on each breast half and top with onions. Cook until cheese starts to melt. Serve on toasted english muffins.
