Spicy Lime Chicken

When dat spicy craving hit me hard , I go for dis dish .
Ingredients
- Marinate for 1 hour : shopping list
- 1 small chicken , cut into 4 pcs shopping list
- 6 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- Pinch of pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar and light soy sauce shopping list
- ...................................................................................................... shopping list
- Grind into Paste : shopping list
- 20 small onions / shallots , 10 dried red chillies or 3 tbsp chilli pwd , 4 red chillies and 1 tsp shrimp paste / belacan shopping list
- ............................................................................................................ shopping list
- 2 onions , sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Stit fry the ground ing.
- Add the marinated chicken with abit of water .
- Cook until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens
- Stir in sliced onions and serve
