When dat spicy craving hit me hard , I go for dis dish .

Ingredients
  • Marinate for 1 hour :
  • 1 small chicken , cut into 4 pcs
  • 6 tbsp lime juice
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar and light soy sauce
  • ......................................................................................................
  • Grind into Paste :
  • 20 small onions / shallots , 10 dried red chillies or 3 tbsp chilli pwd , 4 red chillies and 1 tsp shrimp paste / belacan
  • ............................................................................................................
  • 2 onions , sliced

Directions
  1. Stit fry the ground ing.
  2. Add the marinated chicken with abit of water .
  3. Cook until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens
  4. Stir in sliced onions and serve
