How to make it

  • combine soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and sesame oil in a dish and add salmon. Allow to marinade for 15 minutes
  • in a hot skillet (medium-high heat) cook salmon on one side for about 3 minutes.
  • turn the heat to medium and cook salmon on other side until cooked through (about 7-9 minutes)
