This is great on meats. A little spicy.

Ingredients
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tblesp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • oil

Directions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add enough water to moisten the mix.
  3. Add onions.
  4. In a skillet with hot oil, Drop into hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve on top of grilld steaks.
