Creamy Pasta Primevera with Chicken

This Dish is simple to make but nothing "simple" about the taste. Pairs well with Garlic Bread and Salad.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups penne pasta, uncooked shopping list
- 2-3 tbs. Zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast ( boneless, skinless) cut in chunks shopping list
- 2 zucchini cut in chunks shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cup cut up fresh asparagus shopping list
- 1 red pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup chicken broth shopping list
- 4 oz. neufchatel cheese, cubed shopping list
- 1/4 C Grated Parm shopping list
How to make it
- Boil Water and Cook Pasta
- Heat Dressing in Large Skillet on Medium
- Add Chicken and Vegetables. Cook 12 Mins, stirirng occassionally
- Add Cream Cheese and Broth, cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Add Parmesan Cheese.
- Drain Pasta, return to Pot
- Add Chicken and Vegetables, toss
- lightly cook 1 minute
- ** I used Broccoli instead of Zucchini, extra Neufchatel Cheese and Parmesan Cheese! :)
