Num Num Lemon Crumbs

- 1 can Eagle Brand milk(15oz) shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked oatmeal shopping list
How to make it
- Blend milk, juice and lemon rind. Set aside.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Cream butter, blend in sugar.
- Add oatmeal, flour mixture and mix until crumbly
- Spread half of this mixture in 8 x 12 x 2 in. greased baking pan
- Pat the mixture down, then add condensed milk mixture on top and cover with remaining crumb mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until brown.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Leave in pan until cool.
