Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 CUP COCONUT
  • 1/3 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 EGG WHITES
  • 2 T ALL - PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/2 t VANILLA
  • 1/8 t SALT

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL THINGS
  2. STIR WELL
  3. DROP BY SPOONFULS ONTO A GREASED COOKIE SHEET
  4. BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINS
  5. REMOVE AND COOL
