Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put shrimp in the food proccessor - if you do it in batches, it is easy. Pulse until you have a paste (yes, it looks weird!)
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, playing w/ the peanut sauce and bread crumbs to make patties.
  • Put these in the fridge for 20 minutes or longer - this will help them stay together on the grill.
  • Fire up your grill.
  • Spray the grill and cook for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on each side or until done
  • Serve this on a bun w/ some spicy slaw or eat this alone w/ a little extra peanut sauce.

I did about 3/4 of my shrimp to a paste, and then chopped the other quarter into little chunks and folded in it. They held together perfectly on the grill and I got a nice bite of shrimp every now and then. Great recipe!
