How to make it

  • Boil sprouts for 15 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water. Cut into quarters.
  • Heat saute pan, add olive oil and bacon cook until crisp. Add onions and apples, saute for a few minutes, then add the quartered sprouts. Season with salt and pepper,and serve.

    Sounds unusual with the apple in it but will certainly give it a try, would love to find a way my husband will eat them. Got my 5
