Ingredients

How to make it

  • Directions
  • 1 Whisk all ingredients together and pour over whichever fish you choose. I put the fish and marinade in a Ziplock and store it in the fridge.
  • 2 Leave to marinate for one hour.
  • 3 Cook fish however you prefer but baking is great.

Taking someone else's recipe is plagiarism, just so you know. And you not only took the body of the recipe, you took someone else's personal description, changed words like "step-daughter" to mother and passed it off as your own. Are you really that unoriginal? Here is the original recipe by PookeyLumLum on Recipezaar, which predates this one by a long shot:

    Shame on you.

Tried this last night using ono (wahoo)steaks. It was great! My husband kept saying, "This is good!" I put the lemon juice in the marinade, used some yellow onion, cause I didn't have shallots, reduced the salt and pepper to 1 tsp each. It baked for 25 min. @350. Definitely a keeper! Yummm!

Thanks thats amazing. Had this with italian potatoes and it was delicious. It doesnt mask the aroma of the fish but it tweaks it in a fine way.
