This sounds really good. Just purchased strawberries today as well as mixed spring greens. I'll use this dressing on it and add pecans and red onions to the salad. Yum! Thanks so much.

This is a sweet delicious dressing. Loved it. It's light enough to coat baby greens without weighing them down. I added grated onion rather than minced which made for a very smooth texture. It tasted better the day after, I suppose, because the flavors had time to meld. I omitted the poppyseeds (forgive) and it was still wonderful. This recipe is a definate keeper. Thanks so much for sharing it.
