I think I have found my new comfort soup. This was just so yummy and warm and comforting. And the slight heat from the ginger was wonderful. Perfect for flu season!

I don't even care if this tastes good, which it will, I eat the garlic, ginger and vinegar everyday to stay healthy. Now I will make a nice soup, Haven't been sick in 12 years because of ingredients like these. DANKE Hsfargis~~~Sas!!!
P.S. Ginger is so important that I buy about 6 ugly pieces of it, peel it, put it in the freezer and rasp a couple of tsp. each day.
