How to make it

  • In sauce pan, add garlic and 1/2 cup of the vegetable stock. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer for a minute or two. Add noodles, vegetables, or tofu as desired.

    I made this and it is rather tasty. I only had one problem - the ginger wasn't very strong even though I put in as much as you said to :( I don't know if the ginger was just old or something. I want to make it again but this time I am putting more ginger!

    I don't even care if this tastes good, which it will, I eat the garlic, ginger and vinegar everyday to stay healthy. Now I will make a nice soup, Haven't been sick in 12 years because of ingredients like these. DANKE Hsfargis~~~Sas!!!

    P.S. Ginger is so important that I buy about 6 ugly pieces of it, peel it, put it in the freezer and rasp a couple of tsp. each day.

    i made this today..
    it was interesting and i liked it...
    certainly super easy and fast...

    i added green onions...bad idea...don't do it...
    lol...

    and i cooked it for too long....
    eh- maybe i will do better with it next time...
