Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add bread crumbs to the melting butter.
  • Stir in half and half, stirring until thick.
  • Add eggs and seasonings.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add crab and asparagus, and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with parmesan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

    I have bookmarked this one! I may try to lighten it up a little if you don't mind. I try to keep a can of lump crab meat in the fridge for those days when I need a quick go-to dinner, and it usually ends up being crab cakes...I'm not complaining, but this will be a nice switch! Thanks!
