Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

This is a great recipe to bring to a cook-out or barbeque. Anyone who enjoys spicy food is going to LOVE this.

Ingredients
- 15 large fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1 pkg imitation crab meat
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
Directions
- wash jalapenos and cut in half long ways
- soak peppers in hot water with salt for 10 minutes
- while peppers are soaking, mix cream cheese and crab meat together in a large bowl
- lay peppers out on a non stick baking dish, and fill each one with a scoop of the cream cheese and crab filling
- sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- bake for approx. 20 minutes on 400 degrees, or until peppers are soft and cheese is browned
- take out of the oven, let it cool a bit, and serve
