How to make it

  • In heavy sauce pan make roux with flour and oil; golden brown. Add onion, tomato paste and bell pepper until onion has wilted. Slowly whisk in water until there are no lump ans simmer 45 minutes. Season your meat with salt, pepper and lemon juice add to saucepan along with green onion tops. Cook about an hour until meat is tender and serve over hot rice.

    this sounds incredible and so glad its not fried nothing aginst fried but ready for a diffrent way this sounds great and i can also use chicken if my guest dont want to try. great post thanks...love gator
