BRAUNSWEIGER DIP
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients
- 1 package liverwurst
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into ball.
- Chill at least 2 hours then serve with crackers or crusty bread.
