It amazing what you can do with ingredients on hand, when they're the right ones of course.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cachaca
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed, cold, do not add water
- 6 oz ginger beer, cold
- ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Combine the cachaca* and orange juice. Add ginger beer. Stir to combine. Add ice cubes if desired. Enjoy the tingle!
- *Cachaca is a Brazilian liquor made with sugar cane. Everything I've read about it grudgingly mentions comparisons to rum, it's similar but it's really so much more.
