Potato Poppers

                    - 1/2 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 T margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup mashed potato shopping list
- 1 cup cooked brown rice shopping list
- 1 T tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole-grain breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Saute onion in margarine. Combine all ingredients and form into 1 1/2 inch / 3.5 cm balls. Bake until delicately browned.
