Made this up for my husband, he said he loved it!

Ingredients
- Grab a good size handful of fresh cilantro
- 5 canned tomatillos (you could use fresh roasted but all I had was canned)
- 1 large red onion
- 1 tbl of chopped garlic
- 2 jalapenos seeded and veined
- 1 habanero seeded and veined
Directions
- Chop it all up, mix, cover and refridgerate. It is best the next day!

I accidentally found out that tomatillos are perennials in New Hampshire when I planted the seeds someone gave me! Will try this for sure when the first crop comes in!
