Just what I was looking for. I did an impulse buy on lo mein noodles and they stare at me every time I open the pantry. This Shrimp Lo Mein sounds perfect. Thanks for your post!

Question: Is the shrimp uncooked when you cover it with soy sauce and put in the refridgerator? I can't quite see when that gets cooked.

This sounds great. I get a lot of great recipes from Cooking Light too. I also modify them to suit my family's tastes. I love shrimp, so this is a hit with me.
