How to make it

  • Put oats, butter and boiling water in large bowl and let set for 20 minutes.
  • Add honey, vanilla and eggs.
  • Add rest of ingredients and pour into a greased & floured long pan
  • Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees F
  • Excellent plain or iced with a caramel coconut frosting

    Sounds delicious! Now you weren't planning on throwing any recipes away while you were cleaning, were you???? That's what I think of when I hear "cleaning". Your recipe box must be more like a treasure chest, all the good ones you've been sharing!
