This is a different way to do a cream pie that any macadamia nut lover will love.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen 9 inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped and divided, 1 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup
- 2 tbls butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Mix eggs, sugar and corn syrup with hand mixer until well blended
- Stir in 1 3/4 cup macadamias
- Add butter and vanilla and mix
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes
- Cool , then chill
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with 1/4 cup macadamias just before serving
