Easy Blueberry Oatmeal Cake

Easy and quick, muffin type of cake. Blueberries make a tasty addition. Good for breakfast/brunch
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dry ingredients including sugar.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Combine both ingredients to blend well.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Place in a greased 8 inch square pan.
- Bake in a 400F oven 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.
- Serve pieces with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
