Easy Blueberry Oatmeal Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c flour

3/4 cup quick cooking oats

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

1 egg

1 cup blueberries

Directions

Combine dry ingredients including sugar.

Combine wet ingredients.

Combine both ingredients to blend well.

Stir in blueberries.

Place in a greased 8 inch square pan.

Bake in a 400F oven 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.

Serve pieces with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
