Easy and quick, muffin type of cake. Blueberries make a tasty addition. Good for breakfast/brunch

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients including sugar.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Combine both ingredients to blend well.
  4. Stir in blueberries.
  5. Place in a greased 8 inch square pan.
  6. Bake in a 400F oven 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.
  7. Serve pieces with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
