A soft, gooey coffee cake that is great for a mid-morning treat. Invite the neighbors over for some cake and gossip!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp chopped nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Grease a bundt or tube pan.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth.
- Pour 3/4 batter into prepared pan.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle half over batter in pan.
- Pour remaining batter over the sugar mixture.
- Top with remaining sugar mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
