Catalina Chicken

Easy chicken dish that would be great with rice and a side salad.
Ingredients
- Catalina salad dressing(whole large bottle) shopping list
- 1 cut up fryer shopping list
- 1 package Lipton onion soup(dry mix) shopping list
- *1 jar (small) pineapple jelly shopping list
- *1 jar (small) apricot jelly shopping list
- **Any 10 oz. jar of jelly you have will do. We usually use half of a 10 ounce jar of each of these. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in casserole.
- Cook uncovered in a 300 degree F oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
