Easy chicken dish that would be great with rice and a side salad.

Ingredients
  • Catalina Salad Dressing(whole large bottle)
  • 1 cut up fryer
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup(dry mix)
  • *1 jar (small) pineapple jelly
  • *1 jar (small) apricot jelly
  • **Any 10 oz. jar of jelly you have will do. We usually use half of a 10 ounce jar of each of these.

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in casserole.
  2. Cook uncovered in a 300 degree F oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
