How to make it

  • Place green and yellow beans in steamer basket in medium saucepan
  • Steam until crisp tender
  • Empty beans from steamer basket into same saucepan when tenderand combine with remaining ingredients
  • Cook over medium low about 1 to 2 minutes to melt butter and blend flavors, strring ocassionally
  • 4 1/2 C servings

    These are so easy and delicious. The tarragon adds a nice flavour and matches very well w/ the pinenuts. :) I love green beans with some kind of crunch (i usually add slivered almonds), so these were nice!
