How to make it

  • slice tne chicken into cubes about 1/4 inches thick
  • heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Cook until it softens.
  • add garlic and chillie cook briefly low heat (20 secs)
  • add tomatoes, cumin, brown sugar, tumeric, coriander, cardamon seeds
  • add chicken cook gently for 3 minutes
  • add the butter let it melt ad the rice
  • coat the rice in the butter and spices, then cover with boiling water
  • add the stock cube bring to the boil and simmer(should be cooked in roughly 12 minues)
  • Add the peas a couple of minutes before the end
  • Enjoy
